Invoicing Terms

It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions before completing the booking and transaction process. We will not be held liable for any payment made once the booking has been completed and confirmed.

All services rendered, including parts supplied, will remain the property of our company until payment is received. Should a dispute arise in the future regarding defective parts or services claimed not rendered, sufficient evidence must be provided to prove this. If after assessing and viewing the alleged defection or evidence that services were not properly carried out, we consider or deem the end user to be at fault, they (the customer) will be liable to pay the full costs stated on the invoice and booking form as per our invoicing terms.

Locksmith Croydon 24 Hrs reserves the full right to collect assets or parts immediately should the dispute remain active.

Cancellation Policy

As a customer, I accept the payment terms and cancellation fee of Locksmith Croydon 24 Hrs. The full fee quoted on any service call out-of-pocket parts, if itemised, will be deducted with a “no refund policy.”. I fully understand that I have now entered into a legal agreement contract with Locksmith Croydon 24 Hrs, and I am prepared to pay the full service fee quoted if I decide to cancel at any point after completing the booking form.

Payments made for both emergency non-emergency bookings are non refundable as we have to allocate engineers for any given service and pay for the reservation in advance to ensure 100% attendance. Once we’re paid for any service, we have a duty of care to honour our customer agreement unless we are requested not to attend.

Refund Policy

A full refund is only issued when our operatives fail to attend the appointment scheduled and we’re unable to honour the agreed booking date and time slot. Depending on your method of payment, refunds can take up to 7 working days from the date of your refund request.
